Privacy Policy 2020

The All-Party Parliamentary Group for Vaping is a cross-party group of Parliamentarians that aims to explore the most appropriate parliamentary and regulatory response to e-cigarettes and to raise education and literacy amongst policy makers regarding e-cigarettes and related public policy questions.


How is your data collected and used

Your data will be collected via an online form whereby you provide your consent to be updated on the work and activities of the APPG on Vaping when you submit evidence.

Your data will be stored on secure servers in a locked and protected environment. 


How long will your data be kept

The Chair of the APPG will only keep your personal data for as long as is deemed necessary for the needs of the APPG’s activities or until the data subject requests it be deleted. If you would like your data to be deleted, please contact the secretariat at: contact@copinquiry.co.uk


Who is collecting your data

Mark Pawsey MP is the Chair and Registered Contact of the APPG on Vaping. For the purposes of UK data protection law, Mark Pawsey MP is the Data Controller of all personal data collected by the site.
